SEO Manager
The role
Being one of the biggest industries in Germany and the world, construction failed to take advantage of the new opportunities offered by digitalization.
Construyo offers a project management tool that connects architecture, engineering, and real estate, the goal is to increase transparency and optimize stakeholders by applying the latest technologies in order to support and implement projects efficiently.
We are a growing startup with the mission to shape the construction industry in a new and future-oriented way. Backed by renowned investors we are looking for a passionate SEO Manager with the courage to join our journey and help us reinvent one of the biggest industries in Germany.
Your main responsibilities would be:
- Creating and deploying the entire SEO strategy which produces clear ROI on users visiting Construyo’s website
- Undertaking regular keyword research to determine new acquisition opportunities
- Defining and overseeing the implementation of technical, on-page, and content SEO audits and optimizations
- Delivering off-page SEO techniques (e.g. link building)
- Working closely with the content manager to drive the production of amazing content in alignment with the SEO strategy
- Tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of SEO initiatives
- Helping the wider marketing team to identify new opportunities in their channels through discoveries in SEO
What you bring
- A curious and passionate professional who can go beyond the expectations with minimum 2 years hands-on experience as SEO manager
- A person who combines teamwork skills with the ability to operate solo, being capable of self-organizing and self-motivating. Someone who’s naturally rewarded by collective wins
- A strong understanding of on- and off-page technical SEO requirements, and the ability to execute the various initiatives
- In depth experience with SEO & Marketing tools such SEMrush/Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Moz etc.
- Experience executing SEO strategy on the WordPress platform
- Knowledge of HTML/ CSS, and ideally JavaScript
- A confident decision maker with a strong attention to detail who takes ownership and responsibility with excellent communication skills - verbal and written
